Company Policy

Our organization has adopted as its fundamental policy to exist as a leading, branded, and institutionally strengthened entity in the production of croissants and bakery products in Türkiye, maintaining its position as a reliable and respected institution in a sustainable manner.

In this regard, our organization undertakes to:

  • Systematically evaluate internal and external issues, risks, and opportunities related to quality, halal food, environment, occupational health and safety, and food safety; and continuously improve all processes and ensure traceability through new technologies and effective resource utilization,
  • Fully comply with applicable legal and other requirements by implementing process control, measurable performance criteria, and HACCP principles throughout the facility,
  • Contribute to the balanced nutrition of our customers and increase customer satisfaction by producing high-quality, hygienic, healthy, safe, and delicious products,
  • Provide consistent and timely products and services in accordance with national and international standards, food legislation, and customer requirements,
  • Create a safe and healthy working environment based on the participation, opinions, and awareness of all our employees; and prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and near-miss incidents,
  • Contribute to the prevention of pollution, reduction of waste, support of recycling, and protection of the natural environment by taking environmental dimensions and impacts under control,
  • Support continuous learning and development with trained, conscious, and team-spirited personnel, while increasing employee competency and strengthening the corporate culture,
  • Realize products and services in line with ethical values and the principle of transparency, taking into account the needs and expectations of our stakeholders (customers, employees, suppliers, legal authorities, and society),
  • Establish a supply chain consistent with quality, environment, OHS, and food safety criteria by working with our suppliers in mutual cooperation, trust, and sustainability,
  • Continuously monitor critical control points and prevent food safety risks by applying HACCP principles within the scope of the food safety management system,
  • Determine Integrated Management System objectives, monitor their achievement levels, and regularly evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of the system through management reviews.

Our Halal Policy

Our company commits to producing all its products in accordance with OIC/SMIIC Halal Standards. Any non-halal ingredients or contamination are strictly prohibited in the production processes. Raw materials and suppliers are meticulously selected to be halal-certified and compliant with the standards.

All processes, including production, storage, and packaging stages, are carried out in full compliance with halal criteria. Our products are continuously audited and certified in accordance with OIC/SMIIC Halal Standards, Turkish Food Legislation, and international quality standards.

All our employees are obligated to act in accordance with halal production principles; this policy is supported by continuous training, auditing, and improvement processes.

The aim of our company is to provide its customers with safe, high-quality, and halal-certified products and to maintain its leading position within the sector.
